Big bed, daily bedsheets change. Receptionist arranged safari world tix. Super friendly security guards. Kids enjoyed playing sports with them. Convenient tuk-tuk shuttle to Phrang Phrong station. Enjoyed swimming pool and sauna during 9-day visit.

The location of the hotel is convenient with a nearby convenient shop, making it easy to grab any necessary items. Despite being in a small alley off the main road, the hotel provides a free tuk tuk service for outbound transportation. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with amenities like a washing machine. The security guard, who speaks excellent English, is helpful.
The service from the receptionist and bellboy needs improvement, as mentioned in previous reviews.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with bedsheets changed daily and the room impeccably maintained. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop gym and pool, were clean and in good condition. We also appreciated the free tuk tuk shuttle service to Phrom Phong BTS station, made transportation convenient. The location, in a residential area off the main road but still close to major tourist attractions, was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including a kitchen and laundry machine. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view of the city and the gym has good equipment. The hotel also provides a free tuktuk service to the nearby convenient shop.
Difficult to get a cab to the hotel.
